Coach Beverly
There is a new vision for Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. As we move into the future we are expected to demonstrate the integration of diabetes clinical management, education, prevention, and support.
It is time to elevate our role as a key resource in the field of diabetes and demonstrate our specialty knowledge.
To meet this need, Coach Beverly has created a one-day seminar that allows participants to delve deep into the topics that are most pressing for diabetes care now and in the future. We will focus on improving cardiovascular and population health and then drill down to individual intervention through case studies. Strategies to implement cardiovascular risk screening and treatment in the clinical setting will also be explored.
As specialists and leaders, we have a critical role in advocating for best practices when it comes to cardiovascular health and overall risk reduction. We are perfectly positioned to make meaningful connections and improve the care of individuals while also focusing on advancing population health.
