Meal planning is one of the most challenging aspects for our patients. The information provided will affect almost every visit with our patients. Most have questions regarding meal planning. Since we currently are experiencing an RD shortage in our department, it can take 1-2 months for a referral. This provided more baseline knowledge until the patient can access MNT.
