Bryanna – Director of Operations & Customer Happiness

Meet our Director of Operations & Customer Happiness! Bryanna loves cooking, live music, and papercrafts. She is passionate about identifying the factors that limit healthcare access and bridging those gaps through her volunteer work and as a team member at Diabetes Education Services.

Bryanna has worked in healthcare operations for over 15 years with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience through careful listening and implementation of ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

For the past six years at Diabetes Education Services, Bryanna has focused on empowering each person she works with so they can reach their individualized goals. As a customer happiness coach, Bryanna has helped hundreds of healthcare professionals achieve their dream of becoming certified diabetes specialists. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, she role models compassionate and kind communication with each phone call and email.

As the Director of Operations, Bryanna is passionate about improving the interface between our background systems and the customer experience. Bryanna’s vision, coupled with her action-oriented approach, has resulted in more user-friendly processes and straightforward navigation for people with all levels of tech comfort. Her leadership, passion, and innovative thinking make her a valuable asset to our organization, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this talented and whip-smart team member.

Ashlie enjoys manga, anime, reading, and learning new things in the kitchen. With a passion for helping others and making healthcare feel less overwhelming, she brings empathy, patience, and care to her work in the medical insurance industry.

Ashlie takes pride in supporting people through important moments, offering thoughtful service, and helping create a better experience through clear communication and genuine understanding.

Course credits will continue to count toward the CDCES and BC-ADM certification requirements, and many of our offerings (all of the Standards of Care Intensive courses, plus our Virtual and Live DiabetesEd Training Conferences) fulfill the ADA Standards of Care component required for certification renewal.
