Refund Policies –

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make, resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you, will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read product descriptions. If a product was not what you expected due to failure to read a product description, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. No refund will be given 30 days after purchase.

  • Refund Policy Live Courses: If an attendee gives advanced written notice at least 7 days before our live events, a refund may be issued, minus $75 for administrative fees. In the event of non-attendance, without 7-day notice, no refund may be issued.
  • Refund Policy Online Courses: Participants can request a refund within 30 days of bundle purchase minus $50 for administrative fees.

Transfer Policy Live Courses: If an attendee gives advanced written notice of at least 14 days before the event that they cannot attend the course, they may request a transfer to the next same course within a year. Approval is at the discretion of the Diabetes Education Services administrative team. Transfer is not guaranteed. Transfer is subject to a $75 fee, if approved.

Refund Policy Online Courses: Participants can request a refund within 30 days of bundle purchase minus $50 for administrative fees.

Accreditation

Our course CE credits are through the following accrediting bodies:

  1. ACPE,
  2. AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™,
  3. ANCC, and
  4. CDR

Our CEs count toward the CDCES exam and CDCES / BC-ADM renewal*!

Course credits will continue to count toward the CDCES and BC-ADM certification requirements, and many of our offerings (all of the Standards of Care Intensive courses, plus our Virtual and Live DiabetesEd Training Conferences) fulfill the ADA Standards of Care component required for certification renewal.
