2. Making a Difference Scholar – valued at $399 for a diabetes specialist who exemplifies advocacy and compassionate care in their community and is pursuing their CDCES. This scholarship provides funds to cover course registration for our Basic Virtual Conference, April 13-15, 2022.

The goal of these scholarships are three-fold:

1. To support U.S. health care professionals who are going above and beyond to improve diabetes care in their community; and
2. To support applicants’ effort to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and
3. To provide financial assistance with the DiabetesEd Course registration fee.
