The goal of this scholarship is three-fold:
- To recognize health care professionals who are making a difference in their community.
- To support applicants’ effort to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist®* (CDCES®*).
- To provide financial assistance with the Diabetes Educator Course registration fee.
If you are passionate about diabetes education, actively involved in advocating for diabetes care and ready to attend our comprehensive Diabetes Educator Course, you are invited to apply for a complimentary course registration scholarship.
