To make sure everyone is safe, the hotel and California regulations require that:
All conference attendees must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (see details below).
We are extremely hopeful that we will be able to provide this conference live, but in case of cancellation, we will provide a 3-Day Virtual Conference on the same days. If the registrant does not wish to attend this Virtual Conference, they can request a refund or apply their purchase credit to a future Virtual Conference, online courses, books, or products.
Vaccination Status – Definition and Verification
People are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19:
- At 2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna),
- At 2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen).
Verification: The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination:
- Vaccination card (which includes the name of the person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, the vaccine’s lot number, and date the last dose administered)
- Photo of a vaccination card as a separate document OR a
- Photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR
- Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider.
VACCINATED-ONLY SECTIONS – DISTANCING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Individuals in the Fully Vaccinated-only sections do not have to be physically distanced. Face coverings are required.
• Fully Vaccinated-only sections may be seated at full capacity within that section only. Since everyone will be showing proof of full vaccination, suites may also operate at 100%. However, capacity for the venue must not exceed the limits established.
