I had such a wonderful experience at the ADCES Conference in Columbus, Ohio! One of the greatest highlights was receiving dozens of hugs from colleagues who shared their joy of achieving diabetes certification after attending our courses. Hearing their stories and celebrating their successes made this event extra special. I felt incredibly appreciated, energized, and connected to our amazing diabetes community.
I also had the honor of presenting as a panelist alongside three inspiring diabetes leaders and entrepreneurs. I asked the panelists from this standing-room-only session to share lessons learned from their entrepreneurial journeys, including what they wish they had known when they first got started. I encourage you to read this article for inspiration and getting-started ideas.
