Diabetes Education Services is proud to offer a Making a Difference Scholarship which offers the recipient FREE registration to our next Diabetes Educator Course in San Diego, CA!

The goal of this scholarship is three-fold:

  1. To recognize U.S. health care professionals who are making a difference in their community.
  2. To support applicants’ effort to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.®
  3. To provide financial assistance with the Diabetes Educator Course registration fee.
