Ginger is a full-time student at Butte College with plans to transfer to a four-year university to continue her studies. She loves performing arts and has done many local theater productions in her hometown.
For the past 10 years, Ginger has hosted a local radio program, playing music peppered with thoughtful and witty observations. She loves creative work and is a frame designer, plus she decorates our pancreas teaching pillows with a vibrant array of colorful alpha and beta cells. Ginger loves to write, dance, perform, and make short films (See her short film, Beauty Is… nominated for an award). She is a bright light and a burst of energy. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Andrew is currently studying to become a Registered Nurse in hopes of being a healthcare advocate for those in his community. Andrew has extensive experience in quality control and customer service, with customer satisfaction being the primary objective. In his free time, he enjoys reading, music, art, & long walks. He will be helping us with quality improvement and managing our websites.

Bryanna has worked in healthcare operations for over a decade with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience through careful listening and implementation of ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
For the past four years at Diabetes Education Services, Bryanna has focused on empowering each person she works with so they can reach their individualized goals. As a customer happiness coach, Bryanna has helped hundreds of healthcare professionals achieve their dream of becoming certified diabetes specialists. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, she role models compassionate and kind communication with each phone call and email.
