Meet Astraea Ballinger, our Brand Ambassador & Customer Service Advocate! Astraea brings a strong creative flair and loves to write poetry, create other varying types of art, and rummage through a good antique store. They are a perfect fit for our company since they are passionate about people-focused and inclusive community support and care. They live their beliefs by participating in community volunteer work alongside their professional experiences.

Astraea has years of experience providing top-notch customer care and technical support in a variety of fields.  From healthcare to animal care plus media and television, Astraea is a quick learner and loves to challenge themselves by diving into new experiences.  We are excited to see how Astraea will expand our reach and revitalize our communication strategies. In addition, I know our customers will love their can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.

Bryanna – Director of Operations & Customer Happiness

Meet our Director of Operations & Customer Happiness! Bryanna loves cooking, live music, and papercrafts. She is passionate about identifying the factors that limit healthcare accessibility and bridging those gaps through her volunteer work and as a team member at Diabetes Education Services.

Bryanna has worked in healthcare operations for over a decade with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience through careful listening and implementation of ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

For the past four years at Diabetes Education Services, Bryanna has focused on empowering each person she works with so they can reach their individualized goals. As a customer happiness coach, Bryanna has helped hundreds of healthcare professionals achieve their dream of becoming certified diabetes specialists. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, she role models compassionate and kind communication with each phone call and email.

As the Director of Operations, Bryanna is passionate about improving the interface between our background systems and the customer experience. Bryanna’s vision, coupled with her action-oriented approach, has resulted in more user-friendly processes and straightforward navigation for people with all levels of tech comfort. Her leadership, passion, and innovative thinking make her a valuable asset to our organization, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for this talented and whip-smart team member.
