Meet our Director of Operations & Customer Happiness! Bryanna loves cooking, live music, and papercrafts. She is passionate about identifying the factors that limit healthcare accessibility and bridging those gaps through her volunteer work and as a team member at Diabetes Education Services.
Bryanna has worked in healthcare operations for over a decade with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience through careful listening and implementation of ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
For the past four years at Diabetes Education Services, Bryanna has focused on empowering each person she works with so they can reach their individualized goals. As a customer happiness coach, Bryanna has helped hundreds of healthcare professionals achieve their dream of becoming certified diabetes specialists. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, she role models compassionate and kind communication with each phone call and email.
As the Director of Operations, Bryanna is passionate about improving the interface between our background systems and the customer experience. Bryanna’s vision, coupled with her action-oriented approach, has resulted in more user-friendly processes and straightforward navigation for people with all levels of tech comfort.
