She has spent her previous years in operations and customer care and loves the challenge of providing the best customer experience possible. Anne’s background working in technology allows her to keep our website and online university easy to navigate for all our students. She’s always available to answer any questions you might have. Lainey Koski joined our team in 2011. Lainey does an incredible job of keeping the customer in center focus by making sure our technology platforms are user friendly and easy to navigate. Lainey has a strong background in customer service excellence. In addition, she has a special skill in creating technological magic to assure that our website and Online University provide a great user experience. Her genuine concern, skills and knowledge assure that you receive the information and resources you need to succeed. We are so fortunate to have Lainey on our team!
Kristin Winter, Design Consultant
Kristin Winter was born in Vancouver, WA, and raised in sunny Portland, OR. Now living in Chico, CA, she is inspired by seeking out rare records of unique music, discovering colorful and fun vintage chotskies and flipping through old adverts. After working in customer experience for multiple tech companies, she developed a unique interpretation of style and brand through her interests and minimalist ideas, that is both creative and brand congruent. Self taught, Winter produces clean, creative and candid compositions. From website layout to re-vamping old logos, to witty graphic tees, she has a natural ability to interpret and represent through design.
